This immersive course is offered in partnership with Dede Monette of Tofino Yoga and is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding and practice of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Training of restorative practices will focus on nurturing the nervous system through supported postures and mindful breathing.
