Rachel Mielke of Hillberg & Berk
Rachel is an entrepreneur, founder & speaker who has built a multimillion dollar business while navigating raising children, facing a cancer diagnosis, and losing her father to ALS.
Through those experiences, Rachel discovered that success means very little if you lose yourself along the way. Her perspective on leadership, ambition, wellness, and resilience has been shaped not just by building a successful brand, but by learning how to keep showing up through life’s hardest seasons and channel pain into purpose.
Rachel shares an honest and relatable look at what it really takes to grow a purpose-driven business while protecting your health, your relationships, and your sense of self.
