Our Retreats feature daily yoga sessions, including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & Somatic practices designed to deepen your experience & connect you with the surrounding nature.

After yoga, enjoy a cooking class, village tour, day of relaxation or explore scenic trails that wind through alpine meadows, rugged peaks, and pristine forests.

Balance movement and mindfulness while enjoying 100% organic, regionally inspired, nourishing meals.

AND, our August 2026 Retreat will include a 1 night stay under the stars at a relaxing alpine Refugio ~ a unique adventure that very few have the chance to experience!

Our Retreats offer the perfect blend of physical activity, relaxation, and cultural immersion, ideal for rejuvenating your body and mind in one of Europe’s most stunning mountain landscapes.

Retreat Deposit (to secure your spot): 925 EUR

Remaining Retreat Investment (due on June 1, 2026): 1200 EUR

Please note: Travel to Italy is not included.

We do include free transport of all Retreat guests from Bolzano to Paradiso Pure Living on the afternoon of August 23, and transportation back to Bolzano on the morning of August 29.
